Dear Consciousness Seekers,

Well though the first Wobble of 2005 ended after the last day of January, we are now in another one that began March 4 th and goes until May 8 th.This one is a powerful Moon+Solar Wobble that included a Mercury Retrograde during a portion of it, from March 19 th until April 12 th and two Eclipses. A Solar Eclipse on April 8 th that will be in effect for a year and a Lunar Eclipse on April 24 th lasting until early August. ORDER SIGNE'S CURRENT WOBBLES & CYCLES CD HERE. We are living in these times when everything is intensifying and accelerating, as we are in this long transitional process between the ending of the Piscean Age to the birth of the coming Aquarian Age.

Historically when an Age is ending there is a lot of chaos and upheaval on many different levels, globally, collectively, individually and Earth wise as well. Weather patterns are more chaotic and the Earth goes through major upheavals. This is all part of the process of birth.

Intense energies can be utilized constructively or destructively; the choice is yours. Daily ask yourself what do you want your Life to be about and how can you reflect and live your highest ideals. The first priority is to focus on your own Transformation, as it is individuals who make up the collective. To help and change the world you must first change yourself.We can alter how this Planetary shift plays out; if enough individuals do their inner work it will help how the world does this process of Transformation.

Personally I am finding I need more time to reflect and meditate withfeeling into all the energies and shifts that are and will be taking place in the World. Also analyzing all the major Cycles for 2005 and recording the information on the tapes took a lot out of me. Holding and feeling into all the energy of the Cycles was physically and emotionally exhausting. After recording the Honoring Yourself tape and reflecting on its messages that came through me, I am becoming more aware that in my many years of dedication to service that I have left out myself. By the way, thank you for letting me know the Honoring Yourself cassette is one of my greatest!!

I am still totally dedicated to my clients as they truly are committed to working consciously with the Cycles and their personal Evolution. I continue to do Soul Readings for new people, called The Life Evolution Analysis as well as Birthday Solar Return locations. The best way to set up an appointment is to call my office. There is still quite a wait from 6 to 9 months and sometimes longer. We receive so many E-mails, it is not possible to deal with them all. It is faster and more convenient for my assistant to return phone calls. (By the way those of you who sent in for my Services Packet will be mailed as soon as my new assistant gets caught up.)

So many of you express how much you love my Newsletters and appreciate the wonderful information. However I truly no longer want to push myself to write Newsletters at certain time frames or to do projects that add too much to my already considerable workload. That is why this 1 st Newsletter of 2005 is only happening now.

However I need to remind many of you that the information is on my 2005 Cycle Tapes. I don’t post the Wobble information for the year on the Website for several reasons, chief among which is though most of you have learned about Wobbles through me, you are unaware of other critical collective Cycles, only paying attention mainly to the Wobbles and Mercury Retrogrades. These are times when it behooves everyone to be aware as possible of the considerable Planetary Cycle energies and these times of inner and outer turmoil. There are so many unusual Cycles occurring this year it is amazing and unsettling at the same time.

Pluto the Planet reflective of God’s will and Transformation is getting closer to our Galactic Center, which is at 26 and ½ degrees of Sagittarius.(Each Planet represents a different facet of God and your personal Charts reveal which of your Planetary positions are aligned with God and which ones aren’t.)When we have a powerful Planet in contact with either another Planet or a key celestial point, it impacts the whole world and everyone in it. Pluto always brings up the Shadow side, all the stuff we are unaware of and needs to be integrated and or healed. It is no longer about waiting until another lifetime to meet the results of what you have learned; it is now! Similar to residing at a Vortex center; the good is more apparent in yourself and in others, as well as the bad . We each have the potential to reflect all the wonderful attributes in the world as well as the potential to reflect the awful attributes. The danger is when you are not self aware enough to acknowledge that within you is all that you see and experience in the outer world. It is through others and outer events in your Life that you meet and heal facets of yourself. If you meet it within, you may not require it to show up in your outer Life. One is in big trouble if we forget that each of us is here to evolve and ultimately be in union with God.

Pluto is right on the Galactic Center in 2006 and 2007 and is building now. Then in 2008 and 2009, Pluto is triggering the Winter Solstice point of 0 degrees of Capricorn, which is the ultimate power point of World change. It is this point that got triggered by a Solar Eclipse in 2001 that lead me to predict in my Newsletter the time of world change in 2001 and that we would be going to war. As world altering as 2001 was, it does not match the magnitude of Pluto right on the Solstice point. The tsunami occurred with a Water Full Moon on this point. More than the conflicts with countries, it is the weather patterns we need to be more concerned about. Those who think they are in control are in for a big surprise, as Mother Earth will erupt and become more chaotic if we do not honor and value the Earth. We only have to look at history to see Mother Earth gets the last laugh. We have the ability to change the course the Earth is heading towards. It totally floors me that certain world leaders are in denial of what is taking place, won’t accept that global warming is happening.

Recently I came across a book written in 1998 that reflects some of what we are heading towards. I mention the year it was written, simply because when it was first published many reviewers thought it was absurd. In light of what is taking place weather wise on the Earth, its message is critical along with what can be done to turn this around. The book is titled The Coming Global Superstorm and is written by famed radio talk show host Art Bell and Whitley Strieber well know author.

We have had Pluto in Capricorn before, but the difference now is that it is occurring during the birth of the Aquarian Age in 2009. It takes awhile for an Age to grow to maturity and ultimately it is the world crises that bring us into Brotherhood and the understanding that we are all connected to one another. The aftermath of the tsunami is an example of a tragedy that many in other countries including ours care deeply about. There are other horrific tragedies going on in the world especially in Africa that need to be addressed as well. Ultimately all that will be occurring is what takes us to World unity. It will be several years before we see the reality of true Brotherhood and peace.

Pluto will continue to be in the world Sign of Capricorn for several years until late November of 2024!! That particular year it swings between both Capricorn and Aquarius. The last time we had the Pluto in Capricorn/Aquarius pattern, lead to the birth of the United States and the visionary concept of freedom and equality under God.

Pope John Paul II was and is beloved for many reasons, among them his efforts to embrace all religions and bring world unity. His message that God is the same God for all is what everyone in the world needs to realize if we are truly to attain peace and brotherhood. Pope John Paul II was born on May 18 th, 1920 and was a Taurus. One of the high sides of Taurus is an unwavering conviction to what they believe in and a commitment against all odds to following their chosen path. He will be missed, as all individuals are who have devoted their Life to having this world be a better place.

I was in Italy on my Solar Return Birthday trip in 2000, which was also the time of the commemoration of the 2000-year birth of Christianity. I didn’t know it until I booked the trip what was taking place in Italy. One of my stops was to experience the Vatican. I had often heard that the Vatican has the largest collection of ancient Astrology manuscripts in the world. They are not readily available to the public, though there is a book out now that is a translation of a 12 th century Astrology manuscript that the Vatican has. How it was obtained I have not had a chance to research yet. Anyway it was fascinating for me to see big world globes with the Astrology Signs clearly marked on the world. Anyone can see these as they are displayed in Vatican.

One day I would like to visit Chartres Cathedral in France that has a huge exquisite stained glass window of the 12 Astrological Signs. Chartres Cathedral was built in the late 12 th century. There are several sacred places of worship that depict the Astrological Signs.

When the Aquarian Age grows to maturity it will be the end of organized religions and separateness and we will have the Age of Peace that has been predicted for centuries. We will stop giving our power to intermediaries whether it is a priest, minister, guru, keeper of the Faith, etc. and own our holiness through direct experience with God. As Deepak Chopra so aptly said in a Time Magazine (January 24 th, 2005) interview Religion has become divisive, quarrelsome and idiotic. Religion is the reason we have all this conflict in the world. We may not be the ones to live the fruits of the Aquarian Age, but hopefully each of us will be Way showers. The coming years we will see masses of people leave the Earth through natural disasters. I always remember what Edgar Cayce said about not being concerned with where you live but how you live. Live each day as a sacred experience in tune with God and appreciate each moment.

I am always heartened when Regis Philbin openly talks about his belief in Astrology on television, such as he did on his morning show on December 20 th, explaining Mercury Retrograde or on an appearance on the View early in 2004, sharing his personal story about his guidance and friendship from famed Astrologer Sydney Omarr . By the way my mentor Carl Payne Tobey who was also the mentor of Sydney Omarr used to love to say, first there was Sydney and now there is Signe . Sydney and I were friends until we had a falling out several years ago, when he wanted more than friendship. I did not handle it properly and regret my ending the friendship. Sydney a Leo had a great heart and did more for popularizing Astrology than anyone. He is truly missed!

There is no more effective tool for understanding your Soul’s purpose than Astrology. Your Astrological Charts reveal the patterns of your Soul and your Soul’s personal Destiny, as well as the lessons and tests you are to encounter and what you can do to facilitate your process of working through your issues and having your Journey be an easier one. A thorough Astrological Chart Analysis shows you the different roadways in the map of your Being and which road way leads to fulfillment and which roadways lead to disaster.

One of the most powerful tools to enhance your Life are Birthday Solar Return trips. This is the main reason for the last couple of years that my Workshops are primarily on Solar Returns, as these times we are living in necessitate greater support on all levels. The same cycles that reflect a time for major Transformation, are the same cycles that if you don’t transform you may enter a process of illness or die under. This is why more and more people are having health problems and some are leaving suddenly. I don’t feel there is only one time to die; that we have choices and are given many opportunities to change the course we are on. An example of this is a Pluto Cycles to one’s Sun or Mars. So far none of my clients under a Pluto cycle who do Birthday Solar Return trips have died, while others have. This is not to say that a Birthday Solar Return Trip can always save you, as there are times no matter how the planets are shifted, one may not be able to keep important Planetary factors out of the section of death in the Birthday Chart. This is when it is definitely the time for that individual to leave. To give you an example, many years ago the mate of one of my clients was diagnosed with a critical disease and given three months to live. The only fortunate thing was that all this occurred six weeks before his next birthday so he was able to go on a Birthday Solar Return Trip. He continued to go on Birthday Solar Return Trips for nine years, having a relatively normal life with going to work daily and doing all the things he always did. He obviously didn’t die in the expected three months and was never hospitalized during the nine years of Solar Return Birthday Trips. He still had the disease and yet outlived all the doctors’ prognoses. As I was working on his the 10 th Birthday Solar Return Trip Chart, no matter how I shifted the planets, I could not keep Planetary factors out of his Chart’s section of death. I contacted his mate and told her that he would be dying as there was no way to shift this. He was not told this, only that he didn’t require a Birthday Trip. He died a few weeks after his birthday. His mate appeared with me on a national TV talk show and shared this whole story.

The Planetary patterns for so many are getting more difficult, as each of us are required to change, grow and evolve at a faster rate. Even the Birthday Solar Return Charts are reflecting more difficult patterns. It reminds me of a previous Workshop participant’s Solar Return Chart. I was telling her at a Workshop she had a really good upcoming Solar Return Birthday Chart just by staying in Los Angeles for her Birthday, except for her relationship with her mate whom she was living with. I told her that if she had a really solid Relationship, that Uranus and Neptune in her 7 th House (section of your Chart that describes your relationship) she would have some difficulties that could be weathered. If they didn’t have a strong relationship, they would break up with this Planetary pattern. She said they had a truly solid relationship and they had been together for some time and didn’t think that there would be a problem with her Relationship. A few weeks after her new Solar Return Birthday Chart kicked in, they broke up. It’s been almost a year and they are still not back together

The Earth is a school and we are each here for our learning and development. The Birthday Solar Return Trip gives you the option on when and what course of learning you want to focus on. Learning your lessons is what matters; not the outer events that bring you to that realization.

p.s. The long summer Wobble is starting June 20 th and goes until August 4 th. With Mercury going Retrograde the night of July 22 nd at 8.00pm west coast time and not going forward until the night of August 15 th, it will still feel like we are in a Wobble until Mercury goes forward. The center of this Wobble is at 18 degrees of the Sign of Cancer. Interesting that it is on President Bush’s Sun. We also begin the unusually long cycle of Mars in the Sign of Taurus from the night of July 27 th, all the way until February 17 th of 2006!! Anyone with planets in the Signs of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius will experience this long Mars cycle very strongly. Since we have a great portion of the world population with either Pluto, Saturn, Uranus and or Neptune in these Signs, a vast majority will feel the magnitude of the Mars energy. I recommend getting my 2005 Cycles Tape, which talks about many things, including how to handle this cycle more effectively.
