With all the Cycles going on everyone needs to take better care of themselves physically to handle the intensity of the energies. These kinds of Cycles though they provide an opportunity to accelerate your Soul's growth, can take a toll on the body if you are not honoring your body and doing all you can to enhance it's physical well being.We are living in these times of the return of the Goddess aspect of God. The body is a facet of the Feminine and in this process we collectively and personally no longer can devalue and see it as "less than our minds and our abilities".

God gave us everything to live a healthy and long life, and though "mankind" is destroying the quality of our air, water and the Earth's balance, there is much we can still do to still take better care of ourselves.

It takes less time and money to do preventive things than it does to recover from a major illness. Getting a yearly thorough medical check up, including blood work is a start. Remember God works through doctors also. If you are a woman scheduling a yearly Pap smear, along with a mammogram is part of honoring your body. For those of you over 50 getting a colonoscopy is so important.

A Heart attack can sometime show up as a sever central back pain without chest pain. With all these Wobbles we are having, a little thing can turn into a large thing, so get those pains checked out. Better to be safe than sorry.

Integral to staying healthy or recovering from an illness is to explore your feelings to your body connection. Anytime you suppress feelings and emotions and not inwardly process them, you create energy blocks in the body, which leads to illness. Seeing a Reichian therapist or doing emotional therapy release work is a big help. Then there is the Soul to body connection. Sometimes illness is the Soul's way to heal or fulfill a Destiny purpose.

This is one of the many reasons it is essential to have your Personal Natal Charts thoroughly analyzed. Often times when you are not fulfilling your Destiny, the key thing your Soul came in to do, your Life can become a disaster until you go in the direction of your Destiny.

This is something that happened to me personally years ago. Though I became an apprentice at the age of 17 to the brilliant Astrologer Carl Payne Toby, I did not want to do Astrology professionally. Even though that was my Destiny I had other dreams. It took a series of health crisis over a period of 5 years, to literally almost dying to get me to go totally in the direction of my Destiny. Every thing changed when I answered my "calling".

All this occurred before I knew about Birthday Solar Return Trips, as my mentor had never heard about them. It was actually a very powerful dream I had in which I was using a compass and a protractor to plot where the best place to spend my Birthday as well as for others that it stayed in my consciousness and led me to the knowledge of Birthday Trips. This dream happened may years before I heard about Birthday Solar Return Trips. When I heard an Astrologer was speaking about such a thing, I flew to Canada to investigate. My first Birthday Solar Return Trip I designed to greatly increase money as a definite tangible way to see if "they" worked. I had the Planetary hand to do it with, since you can't put Planets in your Chart area of money any old year. That was the year where I picked up two big corporate clients doing Astrology on company matters. It made a huge difference in my income to say the least.

Each year you are dealt a different Planetary hand that shows the patterns of your Life for 1 year, starting on your Birthday until the next Birthday. By shifting your particular Planetary hand we can alter how your year will play out. It is truly mind-boggling how it plays out. Anyone who has looked at their pervious Birthday Solar Returns is stunned how accurate they are.

You cannot get anything you want though, because if you move one Planet, they all move. I won't do a "financial" Birthday Solar Return if it puts difficult Planets in an individual's Chart area of health. It is a fascinating process with the bottom line of me designing the best Birthday Solar Return Location for you based on the Planetary hand you are dealt that particular year.

The one thing you cannot change in a Birthday Solar Return is the Solar Return Part of Fortune, which often is not good Fortune especially in the 6^th and 8^th Chart areas. I can help protect it by putting a Planet or Planets on it, change the Sign it is in and the degree. The Part of Fortune in the 8^th House often times reflects a year of "Life and Death" issues that one can die with, if it is not supported. Even doing a Birthday Trip, it is still a dangerous year. I have two clients with the Part of Fortune in their 8^th House this year. One was shot at on a Los Angeles freeway- she is fine (no injuries) and the other was almost electrocuted on a movie set, he is fine also.

Just as one consults a doctor to get well, one consults an Astrologer to assist with Soul and Life matters. I do believe it is Destiny when for example someone with a badly aspected Solar Return Part of Fortune in his or her 8^th house consults me. It's not their "time to go", if we can put a beneficial Planet right on it. Whereas a child whose Solar Return Part of Fortune was in his 8^th house died, unfortunately his parents weren't into Astrology which might have helped prevent his early demise.

The Solar Return Part of Fortune in the 8^th House is not always a disaster; it depends on the Planets with it. This is one of the things I am committed to teaching, since the majority of Astrologers have not done enough Birthday Solar Returns to see the powerful impacted of the Solar Return Part of Fortune. Sometimes on Astrologer doesn't believe in Solar Return Trips and they are always the ones who have never done a Birthday Solar Return Trip.

I and most of my clients do Birthday Solar Return Trips every year, as they have made a big difference in our lives. Some years just moving 1 Planet is all that is needed, it could be as simple as going to the next state over for approximately 3 days to spend your Birthday. Many individuals Birthday Solar Returns are fine just staying home, but you need to get it checked to make sure. Being home for your Birthday may be all right for many years and then you hit a major "glitch" and disaster occurs.

A Birthday Solar Return Trip cannot get rid of your Natal Chart issues or your Karma, or your Cycles, they act as a powerful support tool. Also, the best Birthday Solar Return Trip in the world will not help you if you are not going in the direction of your Destiny. For this very reason I always must do a through analysis of your Natal Primary and Natal Secondary Charts called a Life Evolution Analysis before I can start shifting your Planetary energies.

Attending a yearly Birthday Solar Return Workshop is a good way to get your coming Birthday Chart checked out, though the workshop does not tell you where you need to be for your Birthday. If your Birthday has already occurred before the Workshop, knowing what your Planetary patterns are for the year is an excellent way to be aware and can help prevent major problems.

We are in the throes of the last stage of the Piscean Age, where for the last couple of thousand years the body was considered sinful, "less than" something to be overcome and not as a temple of the living God. Historically as an Age is in the process of ending, all the unhealed issues of an Age come to the forefront and make their "last stand".

The New emerging coming Aquarian Age whose energies are being felt and seen on the stage of the world, as we each struggle for personal balance with our Masculine and Feminine facets. Also, collectively we are in this long process of moving towards balance.

As I have said previously (along with sages of old) and cannot say enough times, that we will only have peace in the world when there is the balance of the Masculine and Feminine inwardly and externally. Any country that has either a government or belief system, or culture that does not honor and value women equally to men, will collapse.

All this is part of the process of moving into the Aquarian Age where there is the union of the Masculine and Feminine reflecting peace and brotherhood in the World. It takes a long time for the coming New Age to develop to maturity. It's not where one Age ends abruptly and the New Age automatically kicks in.

The Piscean Age brought into being the individual and World consciousness of the "One" God. That was the high side. The low side is man's view of what God intended resulting in various religions being created, each religion believing their way was the "right" way. This separateness resulted in terrible autocracies of people killing one another, even millions in the name of religion. God is Unity.

So this brings us to this time frame of these ending years of the Piscean Age and where these unhealed "religious" issues make their last stand, creating violent polarity in the World and war.

You may not see the war in Iraq for example as a religious war, but both the Muslim and Christian fundamentalists do. This is all part of the process of the long transitional stage between the Piscean Age ending into the coming Aquarian Age. All this "stuff", issues must come to the surface in order for it to be healed. It is these kinds of crises at the ending of an Age that set the necessity of the coming New Age. As Bette Davis said in one of her movies, (to paraphrase) "hold on we are in for a bumpy ride".

By the way, I hope all of you got to see Peter Jennings special that aired on ABC about his journey in the Holy Land on Jesus and Paul. It is truly one of the most wonderful, informative and potentially healing documentaries on how so much of what many believe was shaped and in many instances unfortunately orchestrated. It was absolutely fascinating and I hope they offer it on video. A must see for consciousness awareness.

This last Moon/Solar Wobble, which goes through May 19^th and began March 25^th so far, has been horrendous. Coupled with Mercury Retrograde during most of the April portion, along with a Solar Eclipse, has turned out to be the "deadliest month in the war in Iraq". Wobbles always brings up greater violence, as unprocessed emotions escalate and erupt. Everything is magnified. The start of the Wobble, I timed based on Mars in Gemini crossing the United States ascendant, since this Wobble would impact the USA strongly.

The United States of America also, has Mars in Gemini in opposition to Iraq's Saturn in Sagittarius both being hit by Pluto. Mars the trigger factor in Astrology and traditionally the Planet of War is reflecting this time of greater conflicts.

After Mars leaves Gemini on May 7^th, it goes into the Sign of Cancer, the Sun Sign of the United States and President Bush. It will be in the Sign of Cancer until mid day of June 23^rd. Even though the Wobble will be over it continues to be a difficult time for both the United States of America and President Bush, since Mars joins Saturn (the Planet of lessons, tests and Karma) also, in the sign of Cancer. A time definitely when not only our President but our country needs heightened security.

Many of you love that the 2004 Year Ahead Forecast is on CDs so you can listen to them in your car. Even more of you want the Forecasts back on audiotapes so you can rewind to the pervious word if need be. It's looking like I'll probably go back to the audiotape format for the 2005 Year Ahead Forecast. We still have a few CDs available for 2004 on some of the Signs if you haven't heard them yet.

Now back to what's going on. I find it tragically interesting that the Madrid Train bombing occurred with Pluto square the transiting Sun, which is the same aspect that occurred at the time of September 11^th. September 11^th is in Virgo and March 11^th is in Pisces. This aspect continues to occur yearly, as long as Pluto is in the Sign of Sagittarius, altering each year by a day as Pluto increases/and or decreases. We will have Pluto opposition the Sun in Gemini on June 10^th and 11^th and in the Eastern part of the World on June 12^th. Hopefully it will pass without tragedy as these dates have previously.

By the way Venus the Planet of Love and Beauty goes Retrograde on May 17^th until late afternoon of June 29^th. It is never a good idea to get engaged, married, make a romantic decision while Venus is Retrograde.

No sooner does it go direct and we start a Moon/Solar Wobble on July 1^st till August 20^th, the center of the Wobble at 6 degrees Leo. For a portion of it we'll have Mercury Retrograde beginning August 9^th at 5:33 p.m. Pacific time, till September 2^nd when it goes forward at 6:09 a.m. Pacific time.

Mars enters Virgo on August 10^th till September 26^th. This is another strong trigger factor for the USA especially on September 8^th,9^th,10^th, 11^th and 12^th as it impacts Pluto first, then the Sun in Virgo.

So much going on with the Planetary Cycles and you can still have a wonderful Life through working consciously with your own Cycles.

P.S. Our pets are sensitive beings too. There is cement in most kitty litters and your cats when they lick their fur ingest the cement residue. The absolutely best kitty litter without cement and dust is Feline Pine. Also, please give your pet's purified water. And my kitties love fresh growing wheat grass that you can get at your health food store. It is so healthy and helps their digestion. We get it weekly and they consider it a treat.
