Dear Awareness Seekers,

What a chaotic Moon/Solar Wobble we left! We have only about six weeks between the next one beginning on July 29^th. What with the times we are in, the Moon/Solar Wobbles are longer. It wasn't always like this. This next one coming up on July 29th goes all the way until September 20^th, is a humdinger! Absolutely one of the worst ever. Now please remember that with any storm you can prepare and wait it out.

The main reason this next one is so horrendous is that during the September portion, Mars, the great activator and stirrer upper is on top of Uranus, the Planet of quixotic change. Mars, currently in Pisces along with Uranus, is intensifying the issues of the Piscean Age that we are in the process of leaving. Religious ideologies, cultural differences, racial issues, all erupt. It is the concept of separateness that needs to be healed. We are ultimately all one. Normally, Mars spends about six weeks in a Sign, however, Mars is in Pisces for close to seven months.

The angle that this long Cycle of Mars in Pisces makes to your Sun, along with where Pisces is in your Solar Return Chart is going to be greatly activated. Mars puts a spotlight, similar to Moon Wobbles, on feelings and emotions you have not been dealing with, resulting in making important changes. Mars is like having tremendous electricity, are you going to light up your Life or blow a fuse? Pisces is the Sign that also represents physical health and issues related to health. With Uranus in Pisces for 7 years and currently with Mars in Pisces, it is critical to build up your immune system and honor your body. It is interesting that SARS appeared right after Uranus went into Pisces.

The most supportive tool for enhancing your Life and Cycles are Birthday Solar Return trips. Even limiting these only to the United States can make a huge difference.

The September portion of this coming Moon/Solar Wobble is so explosive, violent and chaotic. Definitely not a time for peace. The planetary cycles do not cause these things, they reflect the patterns and energies of what is going on, and if we are conscious, we can make a difference in lessening the magnitude of the storm. Speaking of peace, why again is a road map to peace for the Palestinians and the Israelis proposed during a Mercury Retrograde and a Moon/Solar Wobble? It never had a chance.

To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under the Sun Ecclesiastes 3:3. You don't plant seeds of peace when it won't take root. The same is true of business, marriage, etc. Ask anyone who has a garden, knowing when to plant is the key.

Speaking of marriage, the actual time of the marriage makes all the difference in the world. The time is as important as the date. The time determines what areas of Life (the sections of the Chart) the Planets will be in. The Marriage Chart represents your union together and what will be the major issues in the marriage as well as the blessings. Difficult Planets in the 2^nd and 8^th section of the Chart reflect financial difficulties through out the marriage. When I'm choosing a wedding date for a client, I ask both the bride and groom to each write a letter to me telling me what is important to them in the marriage. If having children are a priority, then putting a beneficial Planet in the 5^th section (area of children) in the Marriage Chart is vitally important. For some couples, their spiritual growth is a key area of theirs, the 9^th section, and if they want support and success in career, Venus or Jupiter in the 10^th section is terrific. All the Planets go into some area of the Marriage/Union Chart. I actually had a couple who contacted me after they were married for a while and said the strangest thing occurred. Both of them were having health problems ever since they got married. I looked at their Marriage Chart based on the date, time and town of their marriage. They had Planets in the 6^th section of health. It was an awful chart, reflecting difficult patterns and problems. I advised them, as wild as it seems, to get a divorce and re-marry at an auspicious time and date. They did so, and are doing great.

In all the years I've been doing Astrology, I've had only one couple get divorced whom I had advised to wait 2 years before getting married. This was a celebrity couple and he was willing to wait but she wasn't. They asked me to give them the best date possible without waiting 2 years. I told them they would have an unfavorable Eclipse pattern in the Marriage Chart if they didn't wait. Odds of the marriage lasting were not good. They split after 11 years.

One of my best friends had a wedding in a week rather than waiting 6 months. Both were wonderful time frames. It was a terrific wedding and you would never know it was all done at the last minute.

Marriage Charts are also impacted by Cycles, so in choosing a date, I look at what Planetary Cycles are coming soon. A marriage needs time to be established before having difficult Cycles. For example, getting married this July is not ideal because Saturn, the Planet of lessons and tests will contact the Marriage Chart powerfully within these next 2 years. So many factors to take into account and that is why it is crucial to have a professional choose your wedding date. It is also important to have your Chart analyzed with your mate so you know the strengths and weaknesses in your relationship. Remember though, the best relationship cannot last unless there is a supportive Marriage Chart.

Let's go back to Moon and Moon/Solar Wobbles. There is a positive side to these Cycles though I know it's difficult to see it when we are in the midst of one. They bring things to the surface which are necessary to attend to. On a personal level, whether it's in a relationship, or with one of your children, or connected to your job, home or health, what is suppressed or hidden surfaces. It is always better to know that a problem exists than to be in the dark. You can do something about a problem you are aware of. You have choices when it comes to personal problems.

On a collective level, it is a different matter. When disaster happens, as horrible as it seems, it is a warning and major wake up call so we can prevent this particular disaster from occurring again. Collective disaster teaches us all. Whether it is the Moon Wobble tragedy of September 11, Pearl Harbor, Waco Texas, Space Shuttle, Titanic, etc, to name just a few in the long list of Moon/Solar Wobble disasters. Dramatic disasters occur more during Moon and Moon/Solar Wobbles than any other Cycle, including the worst earthquakes. According to Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet, (please read the Sleeping Prophet by Jess Stearn) earthquakes are caused by our collective feelings and emotions which we aren't dealing with.

If only each of us who make up the collective group energy were in touch and handling our feelings and emotions, especially disowned anger and rage, we could change the world. There is always more violence during Moon and Moon/Solar Wobbles simply because that which people have not been dealing with erupts. I find it fascinating that we are literally going to Mars, which represents symbolically our relationship to anger and violence. When we landed on the Moon in 1969 that symbolically ushered in on a collective level the importance of the feminine side of our psyche.

When we have a Mercury Retrograde during a Moon and Moon/Solar Wobble, it reflects even greater difficulties. Mercury Retrograde in either Virgo, which Mercury governs, or in Gemini, which it also co-governs, are the most noticeable Mercury Retrogrades. Mercury is going Retrograde in Virgo, August 28^th at 6:42 a.m. Pacific Daylight time and goes forward on September 20^th at 1:53 a.m. Pacific Daylight time.

Remember, it is better to wait until both Moon/Solar Wobble and Mercury Retrograde is over before making a major change, starting something new, etc. However, if it is not possible, it is always better to take action during a Moon/Solar Wobble than a Mercury Retrograde. At least, the energy is moving forward during Moon and Moon/Solar Wobbles.

All these unusually long Moon and Moon/Solar Wobbles make it crazy to plan much in advance, since we are all so busy cleaning up the Moon Wobble glitches.

The great news is that Jupiter, the Planet of new opportunities is going into Virgo on August 27th and will be there until September 25th of 2004. This reflects for each of us a new area of potential blessings if we focus on where Jupiter in Virgo is. We haven't had this Cycle since mid-September of 1991 thru mid-October of 1992. Though the other Planets are in different positions, the energy of this Jupiter is similar. Too often, one can get bogged down in problem areas, that one can miss a time for opportunity in another area of their Life.

One of my most popular and thought provoking TV shows People as Cycles is something everyone needs to be more aware of. One of my clients, who was born with the Sun in the second section of her chart, (the money house) went into partnership with a person whose Natal Neptune was right on top of her Sun. She couldn't figure out why her business took a nosedive resulting in financial problems. This is the same thing as a Neptune Cycle right on one's Sun. The only difference is that the Neptune Cycle is in her partner!

Since she has now dissolved the partnership, she and her company are financially fine. Another of my clients consulted me about hiring an assistant. She provided me with all the birth data. One of the individuals was born in a year that was a disaster for my client years ago. All I had to say to her was what was happening in your Life in 1968?. This person you are thinking of hiring is the embodiment of that difficult time in your Life.

Those of you who saw my show years ago on Princess Diana and Moon Wobble, most likely remember that Dodi Fayed's Planets were a disaster of tragedy with Diana's. Just as John Kennedy Jr, Sun was on Carolyn Bessette's Point of Undoing. I don't believe it was their time to go that is a cop out. We have different time frames to get on board the last train. It's all on how we handle our choices. One of my first lessons from my mentor, Carl Payne Tobey, came at the age of 19. I was dating someone and Carl told me to break it off because this man would be directly responsible for killing me with a car. I broke it off and did not tell the guy why. Months later, through a weird change of events, he almost did intentionally kill me with a car. What saved me at the last instant was the knowledge of how serious this was. When he realized what he almost did, I never saw him again. He knew how deadly our combination was. Perhaps if I had explained it to him in the first place, that too close a call, might not have happened or he would have said it was ridiculous.

Whether it is hiring an employee, choosing a mate, having a business partnership, etc., getting their Natal Primary and Natal Secondary charts checked out with yours before hand can help prevent so much grief. It is the Planetary combinations that can enhance your Life or sabotage it.

It is wonderful, for example to know a person who's Sun is on your Destiny Factor, your North Lunar Node, as they are catalysts for fulfilling your Destiny. Someone whose Jupiter or Venus is on your Moon or Natal Part of Fortune is financially beneficial. Or, Sun, Jupiter on your Mercury is enlightening and mentally stimulating. These are just to name a few.

Many of you have asked if I am still doing personal readings, and I am. There is quite a wait and it is well worth it as the readings have changed so many lives for the better. I don't take credit for this, as I am just the Messenger. For those of you who want to become business clients where I am consulting on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, we set all the appointments up in advance, so you don't have to wait for your next consultation. Dividing my time between personal readings and business consultations is a nice balance for me.

Now to answer a question that was asked frequently after the previous Newsletter about the Solar Return Part of Fortune. I was talking about it being the most important factor in a Solar Return Chart. It reflects something that is going on beneath the surface, often times hidden. Forces at work that by the time you find out about it, it can be too late. The solution always is to put a Planet on it to bring it out into the open.

The ideal is to protect it in those areas of your Life that are critical by placing either your Natal or Solar Return Venus (the most beneficial), or your Natal or Solar Return Jupiter on it. To put either Venus or Jupiter on it can't always be done because of where the other Planets fall. A majority of the time, it can be done, and it may require a long distance trip. Naturally, the most critical placement of the Solar Return Part of Fortune is in the area of health (sixth house) and the area of critical issues (eighth house).

However, a client of mine, who had the Solar Return Part of Fortune in the area of her home environment, (the fourth house), didn't protect it. This was in her Solar Return Chart of 2000. She thought everything was fine with her home. In addition, that Solar Return Part of Fortune was on her Natal Point of Undoing (the South Lunar Node). Anyway, to all appearances, everything seemed fine.

Gradually, her energy level started to go down and she developed serious allergies. She and her doctor didn't consider her truly sick, but the quality of her Life was going down hill. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then, this past fall with the long term Cycle of Venus in Scorpio on her 2000 Solar Return Part of Fortune, the most dangerous form of mold was discovered in her home. She suffered for about 3 years starting with her 2000 Solar Return.

The whole point of this story is that the Solar Return Part of Fortune is a seed beneath the surface that starts to grow that particular Birthday year. It can take years for it to surface unless you put a Planet on it to bring it to light. If you do so, it will come out into the open that Birthday year so you can nip it in the bud. My client, who thought everything was fine, suffered needlessly. Where ever that Solar Return Part of Fortune is, it is an area of major potential problems, unless it is high lighted with a Planet. Remember its effect is far reaching, not just for your current Birthday year.
